1. Wallet Services
By creating a Nillar Wallet, you agree to provide accurate KYC information when required. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activities related to VTU or bill payments.
2. Refunds and Disputes
Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your wallet. For successful transactions where value was not received, disputes must be logged within 24 hours via our Help center.
